Mattia Demori

Mattia Demori is an experienced professional in retail people management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Retail People Management Europe & MEINA at Golden Goose since April 2023. Responsibilities include fostering an inclusive culture, guiding talent acquisition, managing HR processes, and collaborating on cross-functional projects. Previously, Mattia held multiple HR roles at TRUSSARDI, including Global HR Manager and HR Business Partner, as well as at Loro Piana as an Organization Specialist.
