Orlean Lunan-Dowe

Executive Director, Restaurant Operations at Golden Krust

Orlean Lunan-Dowe has a strong background in operations and management. From 2007 to present, they have worked at Golden Krust, starting as an Operations Manager and progressing to roles such as Quality Control & Training Manager, Director of Training & Development, and currently Executive Director of Restaurant Operations. At Golden Krust, they have been responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and training employees. Prior to their time at Golden Krust, they worked at Juici Patties as an Operations Manager, where they set up the Operations Department, developed operational procedures and job descriptions, and implemented a customer service training program. Orlean also has experience as an Assistant Manager of Loan Operations at Union Bank from 1993 to 1999.

Orlean Lunan-Dowe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University, which was obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking & Financial Services from the University of Technology, Jamaica in 2001. Additionally, Orlean has obtained certifications in HACCP from the Rutgers Food Innovation Center and as a ServSafe Food Protection Instructor & Proctor from the National Restaurant Association.
