Justin Mouzoon is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Multi Concept Senior General Manager at Golden Nugget Las Vegas since October 2020, Justin successfully led the opening of the first Saltgrass Steakhouse in Las Vegas, navigating the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
