Justin Mouzoon

Justin Mouzoon is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Multi Concept Senior General Manager at Golden Nugget Las Vegas since October 2020, Justin successfully led the opening of the first Saltgrass Steakhouse in Las Vegas, navigating the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Landry's from March 2014 to October 2020, where Justin earned multiple accolades, including GM of the Year in both 2016 and 2017. Justin’s career began at Claim Jumper Restaurants as a manager from January 2012 to March 2014. Academic credentials include an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
