Robert Bilnoski

Robert Bilnoski has extensive experience in human resources and public affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs at Golden Pass LNG Terminal since November 2007, overseeing all HR and government affairs functions for a startup with 100 employees. Prior to this role, Robert worked at ExxonMobil, initially as HR Advisor in Midland from January 1991 to December 1996, focusing on labor relations and EEO across 15 western states, followed by a position as HR Manager in Baton Rouge from January 1997 to October 2007, where responsibilities included managing HR operations across four petrochemical facilities with a strong emphasis on labor relations. Robert holds a degree from the University of Houston.
