Jessi Rodriguez has a diverse and extensive background in marketing. Jessi began their career in 2006 as a B2B Sales Manager/Store Manager at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC, where they were responsible for hiring, training and managing staff of up to thirty employees in a retail/restaurant/sales environment. During their tenure, they drove a 25% increase in B2B sales in Q4 for three years in a row from 2007-2009. In 2009, they joined Interweave as a Marketing Specialist, where they developed clear, concise product copy to provide customers with central selling points while optimizing for SEO, and created daily promotional emails to launch new products and drive eCommerce revenue. In 2011, they moved to F+W Media, Inc. as a Marketing Manager, where they planned email marketing strategies for new products with coordination from content, events and advertising, and managed the creation and implementation of print, web, social and email marketing collateral. In 2015, they returned to Interweave as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for marketing strategies for content, physical goods, subscription services and events across print and digital channels. Jessi drove the strategy for email marketing programs for a variety of niche markets including list growth, audience segmentation, and customer journeys. Jessi also built bottom-up budgets based on product roadmaps and YOY analysis, performed quarterly forecasts, and reported on financials on an on-going basis, while managing a team of up to eight marketing professionals. In 2021, they joined Golden Peak Media: Creative Enthusiast Network as a Marketing Director for eCommerce.
