Grisneldy Bencosme

Grisneldy Bencosme started their work experience in 2014 as a Sourcing Specialist at Creative Sourcing International, Ltd. Grisneldy'sresponsibilities included managing operations and communications for imports and logistics, preparing specifications for imports, and resolving communication issues with overseas partners.

In 2016, they joined Golden Pear Funding as a Customer Success Associate, where they worked with customers to ensure they effectively used the company's digital tools and facilitated the funding process. Grisneldy then transitioned to the role of Sr Customer Success Manager, where they supported Account Managers and the Business Development team in meeting revenue targets and providing a positive customer experience. Grisneldy oversaw the workflow for medical receivables cases, supported the billing process, and managed provider payments for strategic alliances.

Grisneldy Bencosme completed their education in fashion-related fields. Grisneldy first attended Ai Miami International University of Art & Design from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accessory Design. Grisneldy then continued their studies at the same university from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion Merchandising. Lastly, they attended the Academy of Art University from 2013 to 2015, where they received another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, this time in Fashion Merchandising.
