Kristen Phillips

Kristen Phillips has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2017. That year, they were the President of the Student Business Owners Association, a Peer Mentor at Startup Aggieland, and a Student Venture Consultant at the Blackstone LaunchPad at Texas A&M. Additionally, they were the Head of Volunteerism at The Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries. In 2018, they were a McFerrin Fellow at the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M, a Teaching Assistant for the Lean Launch Startup Approach course at Texas A&M, and a Director of Venture Studio Operations and Investment Analyst at Cannon Ventures. In 2020, they became an Advisory Board Member at the Customer Experience at University of Houston Bauer Business College and a Director of Member Networks and Director of Member Programs at The Cannon Community. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Executive Director - Studios at Golden Section.

Kristen Phillips attended Texas A&M University - Mays Business School from 2015 to 2018 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management (Entrepreneurial Leadership), with a Minor in Economics and a certification in Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended Louisiana State University from 2013 to 2015 where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
