Kim Donahue

Kim Donahue has a strong background in HR management, with experience in various roles at different companies. Kim started their career as an HR Manager at USAN, Inc. in 1996 and worked there until 2001. Kim then joined Westminster Ceramics as an HR Director from 2001 to 2006. After that, they joined Golden State Foods, where they held multiple positions, including HR Manager from 2006 to 2014 and HR Director for Food Processing North America from 2014 to present. Kim'scurrent role at Golden State Foods is Sr. Director, People, Processes, Compliance and Development, where they are responsible for enhancing workforce efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

Kim Donahue obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from the University of West Georgia, graduating in 1995. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in July 2021. Kim also has certifications in HRPM from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2017, and sHRBP from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
