Paulo Santos

Paulo Santos has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paulo began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Amadeo Rossi in 2001. Paulo then worked as a Process Technician at Weather from 2002 to 2005. At Weatherford, they held multiple roles including Process Analyst, Manufacturing and Planning Coordinator, Planning and Logistics Manager, and Manufacturing and Planning Manager. From 2015 to 2019, Paulo worked at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration as a Quality Coordinator and Logistics and Planning Manager. Paulo'smost recent roles were at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Project Engineer, Production Area Manager, and Production Manager. Currently, they are employed as an Operations Director at Golden State Foods, overseeing operational functions in New Zealand and Australia.

Paulo Santos completed a Master's degree in Applied Management at Eastern Institute of Technology in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Regional Management and Development from Universidade de Taubaté between 2017 and 2019. In 2015, they pursued a postgraduate program in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Paulo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from FTEC, which they achieved from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, Paulo Santos obtained a Technical degree in Mechanics from Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial from 1998 to 2000.
