Casie Farrell

Casie Farrell, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on healthcare organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, where they have been working since June 2022. Prior to this role, Casie served as the Human Resources Director at the same company, starting in January 2022.

Before joining Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, Casie worked at Muir Orthopaedic Specialist as the Human Resources Manager from January 2021 to the present. Casie also held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the same company from August 2017 to January 2021. Furthermore, Casie started their career as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Muir Orthopaedic Specialist in December 2010, a role they held until August 2017.

Additionally, Casie worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from July 2008 to November 2011.
