Lincoln Kha Eit

Lincoln Kha, EIT, is an Associate Civil Engineer at Golden State Water Company, where responsibilities include leading the 2020 Urban Water Management Plans and managing key data sets for consultants. Previously, as an Assistant Civil Engineer, Lincoln managed the updates of Water Master Plans, optimized project cost estimates for capital improvement projects, and maintained hydraulic models for multiple water systems. Prior to this, Lincoln served as an Instructor at HS2, coordinating tutoring sessions and collaborating with colleagues to support students' academic goals. Lincoln holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with a Concentration in Water Pollution from the University of California, Riverside.
