Umesh Shah

Umesh Shah is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various companies. Currently serving as Project Engineer II at Golden State Water Company since March 2022, Umesh has previously held significant positions such as Senior Engineer at Safna Engineering & Consulting and Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Primoris Services Corporation, where responsibilities included the design of bio-gas plants and tire recycling projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at EAR Management and Construction Company, focused on renewable energy projects, and Senior Project Manager at Jurupa Community Services District, managing critical infrastructure projects. Umesh began an engineering career as an Assistant Engineer-Projects at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, contributing to major filtration plant expansions. Umesh Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baroda, India, obtained between 1975 and 1981.
