Jai Sanchez is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in real estate and consulting. As the Company Owner and CEO of Precise Valuations & Consulting since May 2015, Jai has specialized in assisting appraisers and real estate agents to enhance their business through effective marketing strategies and project management. Concurrently, Jai serves as the Executive Coordinator and Assistant to the CFO at Golden Valley Natural, focusing on operational improvements within a manufacturing setting. Previous roles include serving as On-Site Manager at Administrative Resource Options, Office Director and Executive Assistant at Chris Schmalz Realty, and Appraisal Trainee/Office Manager at Appraisal Precision & Consulting Group, where foundational skills in office management and appraisal were developed. Education is currently being pursued at the College of East Idaho, enhancing Jai’s professional qualifications.
