Robert E. Howard, MBA, THRP, is an experienced leader in Native American community services, currently serving as a Commission Member at the Seattle Indian Services Commission, where the focus is on providing housing and planning services for American Indian and Alaska Native residents. As Tribal Liaison for the 29 Tribes in Washington, Robert builds partnerships and facilitates communication to improve service delivery. Previous roles include General Manager for both the Sauk-Suiattle and Snoqualmie Indian Tribes, where administrative operations were overseen in alignment with Tribal policies. Robert has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chief Executive Officer of the San Carlos Apache Tribe - PDEE and Treasurer of the Globe-Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce. Robert E. Howard holds an MBA and dual Bachelor's degrees in American Indian Studies and Accounting from Arizona State University.
