Allan Vosburgh

Chief Executive Officer at Golden West Humanitarian Foundation

Allan Vosburgh has diverse work experience in various leadership roles mainly within the U.S. Army. Allan served as Chief Executive Officer for the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation, starting in 2016. Prior to that, they spent several years with the U.S. Army, Pacific, where they were Chief of the Munitions Branch from 2009 to 2016. Allan also held the position of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer for the Assistant Secretary of Defense (SOLIC) from 2002 to 2005. Other roles include Department of the Army Training Ammunition Manager and Commander of the U.S. Army 3d Ordnance Battalion (Explosive Ordnance Disposal).

Allan Vosburgh pursued their education chronologically, beginning in 1990. Allan attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for two years and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aviation Security in 1992. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, they enrolled in The Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, where they earned another Master of Science (MS) degree, this time in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy.
