Joel Anderson

Joel Anderson has a diverse work experience in the engineering and home inspection fields. Joel started their career at Northstar Inspections in 2008 as a Home Inspector and worked there until 2018. In 2019, they joined Cameo Home Inspection Services as a Home Inspector and stayed until 2020. Currently, they are employed at GoldenWolf, LLC, where they have held roles as a Builder Technician and a BUILDER Engineer since 2019.

Joel Anderson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas State University, graduating between 2010 and 2013. Earlier in their educational journey, between 1999 and 2002, they attended Klein Oak High School, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Joel Anderson has acquired several certifications. Joel obtained the Structural Pest Inspector certification from the Washington State Department of Agriculture in August 2019. In the same year, they also received the WA Licensed Inspector certification from the Washington State Department of Licensing in July. Moreover, they have obtained the Professional Home Inspector License from the Texas Real Estate Commission in July 2008.
