Arceni Feliz is an experienced building maintenance professional with a strong background in property management. Currently serving as Superintendent at Goldfarb Properties since February 2022, Arceni previously held the position of Resident Manager at FirstService Residential New York from December 2012 to January 2021, and Building Superintendent at M & E Management, LLC from May 2009 to December 2012.
