Scott Murphy

Scott Murphy has a vast work experience, starting in 1984 as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and later becoming an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young LLP. In 1991, they joined Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, Inc. as the Senior VP and CFO, and in 1998, they served as the President & CEO of Livingston Boats, Inc. From 2000 to 2008, Murphy held the role of VP-Finance at Safeco Insurance. In 2006, they founded Mountain Pacific Bank and served as a Board member and Chair of the Audit Committee. Murphy also co-founded and served as COO of Aurora Systems Inc. (DBA "AD Systems"), a manufacturer and distributor of interior sliding door systems. Since 2013, Murphy has been a City Council Member for the City of Everett, Washington, where they also chaired the Budget Committee. In 2008, they became the President of Goldfinch Bros., Inc. Overall, their work experience spans various industries and positions of leadership.

Scott Murphy attended Interlake High School from 1977 to 1980. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Washington from 1980 to 1984.
