Renee Sedmak

Renee Sedmak is currently a Swim Instructor at Michigan State University, where responsibilities include teaching swim lessons to both children and adults, and has also served as a Lifeguard and Student Supervisor in the university's recreational sports and fitness services since August 2021. Additionally, Renee has been involved with Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC, where duties also include roles as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor since October 2019. In the summer of 2023, Renee completed a Human Resources Internship with the United States Department of the Army. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Server at California Pizza Kitchen from September 2018 to August 2020 and at Coldstone Creamery from June 2016 to July 2018. Renee is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital and Society from Michigan State University, expected to graduate in 2024, and is a graduate of Walled Lake Central High School (2016-2020).
