Johanna Calmes, MBA, PMP®, PHR®, has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Johanna is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at GOLDLAW - Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. Prior to this, they held the same position at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Johanna also has experience as a Director of Operations at REACH, where they managed various departments and ensured the achievement of targeted goals. Johanna has held the position of Business Operations Manager at NCH Tax & Wealth Advisors and Business Manager at PACIFICA Contractors, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing offices. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Coordinator at FTR International, Inc. and an Account Coordinator at QIM Insurance. Johanna's expertise lies in areas such as project management, human resources, financial management, and client service. Johanna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on meeting organizational objectives.

Johanna Calmes holds an MBA in Leadership & Managing Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution in 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Johanna has earned several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources - California® (PHRca®) from HRCI in 2020 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014. Johanna also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in 2015.
