Abbey Collins

Abbey Collins is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and corporate communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Goldman Sachs since July 2021, Abbey previously held the position of Chief Communications Officer at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where notable achievements included managing external affairs and leading the agency's COVID-19 public affairs response that secured $14 billion in federal aid. Other roles include serving as Press Secretary during the Cuomo 2018 gubernatorial campaign, where Abbey developed communication strategies that garnered record primary votes, and as First Deputy Press Secretary for Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, managing media relations for over 50 state agencies. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Globalization and Development from the University at Albany.
