Quantitative Strategy Analyst at Goldman Sachs

Brandon Brownell is a Quantitative Strategy Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Corporate Treasury and Deposits Modeling & Risk Structuring since June 2023. Previously, Brandon held roles as a Campus Ambassador and Quantitative Research Summer Analyst in the same department at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Brandon serves as an Active Member and Director of Technology for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Pi Rho Chapter from June 2021 to March 2024. At California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Brandon worked as a Math Department Research Assistant, contributing to Agent Based Modeling of cardiac tissue cell interactions and developing a Python model for ionic diffusion. As a Frost Research Scholar, Brandon participated in a NSF-funded project on enhancing student engagement in STEM through social justice themes, conducting statistical analyses and collaborating on educational strategies. Brandon is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with earlier education completed at Clovis North High School.
