Carmen O'Shea

Carmen O'Shea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership, consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as an Operating Advisor at Goldman Sachs within the Goldman Sachs Value Accelerator, Carmen is also an Executive Leadership Consultant at Sharks Sports & Entertainment LLC and a Co-Founder of Parent Resource Advisors, which aids parents of neurodiverse and gender-diverse children. Previous roles include Head of Leadership Development at Synapse School, Transitional COO at Piggyback Health, and various senior leadership positions at SAP, where Carmen led transformation initiatives in culture, engagement, and marketing. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at IBM, where Carmen contributed to business process outsourcing and supported leadership development. Carmen holds a BA in Anthropology from Harvard University and an International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School.
