David Hess

David Hess brings over a decade of experience in human capital management and engineering project management at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Vice President of Business Compensation and Global Co-Head of Production Control. In these positions, David oversaw a global team, enhancing governance and incident management while streamlining reporting processes. Notable achievements include leading transformational initiatives that drove efficiency and risk mitigation, as well as extensive training and new hire orientation efforts across multiple divisions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, David served as Conference Coordinator at Utah State University, successfully organizing a national conference, and also shared expertise as a swing dance instructor. David holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
