Elissa Huff

Elissa Huff is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal at Goldman Sachs since April 2024, Elissa previously held the position of Vice President Legal & Corporate Secretary at Turntide Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing the company's US legal function and managing complex legal matters such as M&A and corporate governance. Prior to that, Elissa spent over two decades at Oracle, advancing to Managing Counsel and specializing in drafting and negotiating diverse agreements. Earlier career experience includes roles at Norton Rose Fulbright as a litigation associate. Elissa Huff earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.
