Florence Deschuyteneer

Florence Deschuyteneer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director of Infrastructure Private Equity at Goldman Sachs since April 2025. Prior to this, Florence held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Infrastructure & Energy Capital at Macquarie Group from January 2019 until April 2025. Earlier career roles include Associate in Investment Banking & Advisory at Sustainable Development Capital, LLP, and Associate in Structured Finance at ING Deutschland. Florence also participated in the International Talent Programme as a Management Trainee and worked as a Transaction Manager in Corporate Lending at ING Belgium. Florence holds a Master's degree in Finance and Business Management from Ichec Brussels Management School, an Erasmus degree from the University of Graz, and a Master's degree in Translation (German and Russian) from Université catholique de Louvain.
