Francheska Flores

Francheska Flores, MBA, CCIM, currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Goldman Sachs, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Francheska held various positions at GreenSky® from 2018 to 2022, including Director of Strategic Relations and Senior Program Manager for Business Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed client objectives, customer journey metrics, and vendor management. As the Founder and Trainer of Bloom Wellness Consulting, Francheska provided health coaching and corporate wellness programs from 2019 to 2022. Previous experience includes roles at Strategic Capital Partners, Casa Fresca, LLC, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., with a strong focus on business management, operations analysis, and process improvement. Francheska holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a Health Coach Certificate from Emory University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Tampa.
