Junli Chen

Junli Chen is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Principal in the Investment Area at Goldman Sachs since July 2014, Junli Chen has previously held the role of Investment Banking Analyst at Greenhill & Co., where notable contributions included advising Actavis on its $28 billion acquisition of Forest Laboratories and its $8.5 billion acquisition of Warner Chilcott from June 2012 to June 2014. Junli Chen also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS Investment Bank and China International Capital Corporation in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Junli Chen completed studies at Brown University from 2009 to 2012.
