Karen Leung

Karen Leung serves as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs since July 2022, bringing extensive legal experience in competition law and corporate transactions. Prior to current role, Leung was a Legal Counsel at the Competition Commission, focusing on competition policy and merger control. Additional experience includes serving as APAC Counsel at Uber, where competition policy strategies were developed, and working as an Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, advising on various corporate matters and investigations. Leung holds an LLM with Distinction in EU Competition Law from Queen Mary University of London and an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of Hong Kong.
