Letitia Ferrier Webster

Letitia Ferrier Webster is a seasoned sustainability leader currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Sustainability Officer for the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Letitia held key roles including Chief Sustainability Officer and Partner at Mission Driven Capital Partners, and Global Vice President of Corporate Sustainability and Head of Purpose at VF Corporation, where Letitia architected the Made for Change strategy. Letitia's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications at The North Face and Executive Director of Sheep Mountain Alliance, an environmental advocacy organization. Letitia earned an MBA in Sustainability from Bainbridge Graduate Institute and a degree in Business Communications and Environmental Policy from Bowling Green State University.
