Matt Baxter

Matt Baxter is currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer at Goldman Sachs, a position Matt has held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Matt was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at GreenSky® from October 2014 to March 2022, until it was acquired by Goldman Sachs. Before their time at GreenSky, Matt founded The StaxExchange, a financial technology startup. Baxter also has experience as an Investment Banking Associate at BB&T Capital Markets and as an Economic Policy Advisor to the Governor of the State of Georgia. Matt holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Math from Georgia College.
