Michael Dillon

Michael Dillon is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Recruiting at Goldman Sachs since January 2020, Michael previously held several senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2010 to December 2019, including Managing Director of Global Executive Search focusing on technology and digital sectors. Prior to that, Michael was a Global Markets Strats and Technology Recruiter at Morgan Stanley from March 2006 to April 2010, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts in Saudi Arabia. Michael began a career in recruitment at Solomon Page in 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. John's University.
