Natania Elias

Natania Elias is an incoming 2025 Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on Fixed Income, beginning in January 2024. Previous experience includes a Consulting and Analytics Internship at Visa in mid-2024, a Student Researcher role under Professor Rosabeth Moss Kanter at Harvard Business School, and managing roles within Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners from September 2022 to January 2024. Natania also interned with the Congressional Democratic Women’s Caucus at the U.S. House of Representatives and completed a venture capital externship with General Catalyst. Early career experiences consist of a Youth Leadership Internship with Fairfax County Government and a Public Policy Internship at The Greater Good Initiative. Natania is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government at Harvard University and participated in Management Leadership for Tomorrow as of January 2024.
