Niels de Visser

Niels de Visser, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Currently serving as an Executive Director and portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Team at Goldman Sachs since January 2023, Niels oversees the day-to-day management of total return funds and mandates. Prior to this, Niels held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager in the Multi-Asset Team at NN Investment Partners from August 2011 to December 2022. Previous roles include Senior Delegated CIO and Senior Investment Strategist at BMO Global Asset Management, as well as Head of Fixed Income Tactical Asset Allocation at Lombard Odier. Niels began a career in finance as a Consultant for Pension Benefits at Hewitt Associates. Niels holds the DSI Institutional Investments Advisor designation and is a CFA Charterholder, with educational qualifications from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, IMD, and INSEAD.
