Nova Barro

Nova Barro currently serves as the EMEA Campus Recruiting Lead for Asset & Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, holding the Vice President title since January 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, where Nova worked as Vice President and Director, and at Citi as the Graduate Recruitment Lead for EMEA. Nova also led Graduate Talent Acquisition at Deloitte Australia and served as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at KPMG. Early career experience includes a role as a Careers Marketing Consultant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a college internship at Walt Disney World. Nova holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and International Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
