Shefali Gera

Shefali Gera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and diversity initiatives, currently serving as Managing Director and EMEA Head of Talent Strategy and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Goldman Sachs since June 2010. Previously held roles at Goldman Sachs include EMEA Head of Wellness and Vice President of Global Talent Development, with a focus on global leadership and diversity. Prior to that, Shefali Gera was a Management Associate at OCBC Bank, specializing in Fixed Income Advisory in the Global Treasury division, and began their career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs International. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School, an MD in Medicine from USAIM, and a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School.
