Shira Udin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human capital management, currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Strategy for Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs. Udin has held multiple leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President overseeing HCM Transformation PMO, HCM Product Strategy and Management, and Digital Learning Technology Solutions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Udin worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate in Human Capital, Learning, and Communications, as well as in consulting roles at Aquilent and WWRE (now NeoGrid). Udin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
