Tony Murphy

Tony Murphy is an experienced executive with over three decades in the financial services industry. Currently serving as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs since April 1994, Tony Murphy has held various roles focusing on securities services, trading and sales, program management, and regulatory reporting. Prior to this, Tony Murphy worked at Nomura Research Institute from 1990 to 1994 as a Project Manager and Senior Developer, overseeing projects related to cash account reconciliation and treasury systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant in the Financial Services Division at Logica from 1986 to 1990, where project involvement spanned foreign exchange trading and payment systems. Tony Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Computer Science from Brunel University of London (1982-1986).
