Marc Palestina

Marc Palestina is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who joined The Goldstein Group to specialize in retail brokerage. His passion for retail real estate started at Palestina Scrivo Properties where he brokered numerous leasing and sales transactions throughout New Jersey.

Marc will be working on landlord and tenant assignments and is currently working on the roll out of Playa Bowls throughout New Jersey.

On the landlord side, he has worked with landlords such as Hampshire Companies, MCP Real Estate, NT Hegeman, Philips Edison, Mandelbaum Properties, Croman Development & The Heller Group.

He holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Management from William Paterson University. Marc loves to golf, travel and is an avid sports fan.
