Stacey Flora

Stacey Flora, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 12 years of experience working in human resources. Stacey currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Goldstein Law Group since September 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Advanced Insurance Underwriters from December 2013 to present. In this role, they worked closely with senior leadership to establish and standardize HR procedures, including recruitment, orientation, employee relations, performance appraisals, and compliance administration. Stacey also developed new hire documents, processes, and onboarding procedures, as well as conducted anti-harassment/equal opportunity training. Before joining Advanced Insurance Underwriters, Stacey was the Human Resources Director at MRI-Simmons from October 2018 to September 2019, and at Boston Proper from April 2007 to August 2013.

Stacey Flora, SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor's degree from Florida State University between 1982 and 1986. Stacey obtained the certifications SHRM-SCP from SHRM in June 2019, SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2015, and SHRM-CP from SHRM in February 2015. It is unknown if they obtained the PHR certification or the year and month they acquired it.
