Paul James

Paul James is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in loan origination and management. Currently serving as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator at Goldwater Bank, N.A. since March 2023, Paul also holds the position of National Construction to Perm Manager at AnnieMac Home Mortgage since November 2019. Previously, Paul has worked as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Union Home Mortgage Corp. and as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Atlantic Coast Bank, specializing in new construction. Paul’s career began at Market Street Mortgage, where significant accomplishments included team management and recognition as a top income producer. Education was pursued at the University of Florida from 1982 to 2015.
