Ismael H. P.

Ismael H. P. has a range of work experience in various companies and roles. Ismael H. started their career as a Teacher Assistant at the Puerto Rico Department of Education in 1999.

In 2001, Ismael joined Banco Cooperativo de Puerto Rico as an IT Consultant. Ismael H. provided consultancy services until 2011 for both government agencies and private businesses.

From 2002 to 2011, Ismael worked as a Software Development Consultant at CODE. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of software development, writing proposals and contracts, and designing custom software projects.

Ismael then joined the Atlantis Healthcare Group, Inc. in 2011, where they held the positions of Software Development Manager, IT Trainer, and Deputy CIO until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Ismael served as the Vice President of Software Development at Atlantis Consulting Group INC.

In 2015, Ismael began working at Golf Channel, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later as the Lead Software Engineer. The duration of their roles at Golf Channel is ongoing.

Additionally, Ismael has experience as a College Professor at Sistema Universitario Ana G. Méndez (SUAGM) starting from 2003.

Ismael H. P. obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from Universidad del Turabo from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007. Ismael's undergraduate education was completed at Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 1996 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Ismael H. P. has obtained various certifications. These certifications include "Microservices Foundations," "Scrum: The Basics," and "Software Architecture Foundations" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in May 2021. Ismael H. also obtained certifications on various topics related to software security, such as the "OWASP Top 10" series, focusing on vulnerabilities and best practices. Furthermore, Ismael obtained the "Improving Your Listening Skills" certification in December 2020 and the "Ten Tips for the C# Developer" certification in November 2020. Lastly, they obtained the "ITIL v3" certification from the UK Government's Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency in May 2012.
