Salvatore (Sam) Giallombardo III

Salvatore (Sam) Giallombardo III has a diverse work experience. Salvatore (Sam) began their career in 1994 in the US Navy, where they served as a Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman for 20 years. In this role, they were responsible for providing medical care and support to service members.

In 2010, Giallombardo joined the HSV-2 Swift, where they served as the Command Leading Petty Officer and Senior Medical Department Representative. Salvatore (Sam) held this position for three years, until 2013.

Following their time in the Navy, Giallombardo worked at the Adm. Joel T. Boone Branch Health Clinic from 2013 to 2014 as a Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman.

In 2014, Giallombardo transitioned into a role at Campbell University as a Standardized Patient. Salvatore (Sam) held this position for three months, from October 2014 to January 2015.

Giallombardo then took on a PGA Golf Management Summer Internship at the Wade Hampton Golf Club in 2015, gaining valuable experience in the golf industry.

Starting in 2016, Giallombardo began working simultaneously at Golf Genius Software and iGrow Golf. At Golf Genius Software, they served as the Academy Director for The Operation 36 Golf Academy Keith Hills. At iGrow Golf, they held the position of Lead Coach and Operation 36 Certified Junior Coach for Keith Hills Junior Golf Academy. Salvatore (Sam) implemented training programs and supported junior golfers in their development journey. Salvatore (Sam)'srole at iGrow Golf lasted until 2017.

Salvatore (Sam) Giallombardo III has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Golf Management from Campbell University, which they obtained between the years 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Saint Francis University in 2009-2010, Valdosta State University in 2001-2002, and Central Texas College in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Sam also obtained a certification as an Operation 36™ Certified Coach from iGrow Golf, LLC in March 2016.
