Alec Ross is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Goliath Partners since October 2023, previously serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Parallel Consulting from July 2022 to June 2023, where Alec played a key role in establishing the Miami office and leading the Backend Software Development desk focused on Emerging Markets. During this time, Alec achieved significant milestones, including securing 6 offers in the crypto space within the first 6 months, earning two "Rookie of the Month" awards, and executing the third largest deal in the company’s history. Prior to this, Alec worked as a Trading Risk Associate at Hard Rock Digital, managing risks for the sports book, and as a Paramount Sports Analyst, utilizing data-driven methods to predict sporting outcomes. Alec holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from Syracuse University, graduated in June 2020.
