Natasha O'dell Archer

Natasha O'Dell Archer, J.D., currently serves as the Global Executive Vice President of Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Golin, where oversight of DEI strategy spans 50 international markets. In previous roles, Natasha led internal and external DEI strategy at Golin, founded and managed Archer aDroit LLC, and held various leadership positions at The Opportunity Institute and Council for a Strong America, focusing on equity policy and inclusion initiatives. With a solid background in communication and media production, including work at BET and CBS, Natasha possesses extensive experience in developing DEI programs and workshops, as well as a commitment to advocating for marginalized communities through education and strategic planning. Natasha holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from New York University.
