Linh Phan

Linh Phan is the Director of Talent at GoLinks. Linh has over 13 years of experience in recruiting and talent management.

Linh started their career at Google as a Recruiting Lead for Engineering in 2007. Linh was responsible for hiring Interns, New Grads, Industry-level, and Leadership Engineers for multiple teams, including Ads, Chrome, Computer Vision, Quantum Computing, Photos, and Youtube. In 2010, they became the Engineering Recruiting Lead for LA & Irvine and helped grow both locations significantly from smaller distributed offices to tech leaders in their respective communities.

In 2014, they left Google to become the Head of Recruiting at RemindHQ. Linh then joined LaunchHire in 2015 as a Talent Partner and worked with clients such as OpenTable and PresenceLearning. In 2020, they joined Uber as a Recruiting Manager for their Core Infrastructure & IT Engineering Organizations and helped deliver 320+ Tech hires during this high-growth period.

Linh is currently the Director of Talent at GoLinks.

Linh Phan has a Bachelor's Degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
