Karolina Motyczyńska-Jaron

Karolina Motyczyńska-Jaron has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Karolina worked as a Project Manager Assistant at ArcelorMittal in 2016 and then as a Project Coordinator Intern at GSK in 2017. In 2018, they joined BNP Paribas Fortis as a Tribe Business Analyst, where they worked on project management and demand management tasks related to the implementation of the PSD2 directive. In 2019, they worked as an Operational Excellence Project Coordinator at GSK. In 2020, they worked as an Account Manager at Social Deal and later joined Ensyel as a Business Manager and Recruiter. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Life Sciences at Nalys, where they focus on finding opportunities for passionate engineers to make a difference in the technological consulting industry.

Karolina Motyczyńska-Jaron obtained their Executive Master's degree in Human Resources from Ichec Brussels Management School in the year 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Business and Negotiation from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology between 2015 and 2017. Karolina also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Nantes Université, which they earned from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Karolina Motyczyńska-Jaron has obtained certifications. Karolina received the Prince 2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019 and the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 6sigmastudy in April 2019.
