Mr. Golitko has dedicated his legal career to representing injured and paralyzed workers in many types of work injury cases, with a strong focus on worker's compensation. Mr. Daly represents traumatically injured construction workers and their families throughout Indiana. He is an OSHA-authorized construction safety trainer and has worked with construction unions to train workers and employers to maintain a safe workplace. John understands that the effects of a construction injury are often life-changing, and he works with the injured victim to obtain full compensation for their injuries and lost income, as well as offering assistance during a career change if necessary.
