Sarah Magnan currently serves as Service Delivery Manager at Gologic, overseeing service contracts and ensuring compliance with client service level agreements. Prior to this role, Sarah spent over twelve years at Desjardins in various positions including Product Owner for Virements, Release Train Engineer, Project Delivery Manager, and Information Management Analyst. These roles involved facilitating Agile processes, managing project deliverables, and optimizing workflows. Sarah also gained early experience at Groupe Jean Coutu as a Commis responsable, where responsibilities included employee supervision and customer service. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UQAM and certifications in emotional intelligence and leadership from HEC Montréal and the Institut de leadership en gestion.
