Becca Bauer

Becca Bauer began their work experience in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group. From there, they joined Robert Half as an Account Executive in May 2019 until February 2020. In February 2020, they transitioned to Cohen & Steers as a Senior Human Resources Associate, SHRM-CP until July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Associate, Human Resources at Golub Capital starting in July 2022.

Becca Bauer attended Red Bank Catholic High School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their high school degree. Becca then went on to Rutgers University from 2014 to 2018, majoring in Psychology & Education. Becca has also obtained several additional certifications, including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2022, and certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
